Most coaches don't need new cabinet boxes. They need new faces.

Refacing keeps the existing boxes and structure exactly where they are. Every visible surface — face frames, end panels, and any exposed cabinet side — is re-skinned in new laminate, and every door and drawer front is replaced with new. Nothing structural comes out. When it's done, everything you see and touch is new.

That matters more in an RV than in a house. Coach carcasses are usually fastened into the structure itself, and pulling them out means disturbing walls, wiring and trim that were never meant to come apart. The boxes are rarely the problem anyway — what dates a 2005 coach is honey oak doors, dark laminate fronts, and hardware that stopped closing properly a decade ago. Refacing is lighter than a rebuild, faster, adds almost nothing to your payload, and it changes the entire interior.

Doors are where the look lives, and we work in three directions. Flat-panel and slab doors we build in our own North Las Vegas shop from the European decorative panels — Wilsonart Traceless in ultra-matte anti-fingerprint, Wilsonart Lujo in high gloss, Alvic, Cleaf, Egger and Tafisa. We run our own edgebander, so those edges are banded in matched material and a finished door reads as one piece rather than a panel with a stripe around it. Thermofoil doors come in a wide range of profiles and colors, matched to the laminate you choose for the boxes — so the skins and the fronts come out as one set, not a close guess. And solid wood, in white oak, walnut or alder, if you want warmth instead of contemporary.
