Founded by father and son, Monte Cabinets & Closets was born from a simple realization: true craftsmanship and exceptional service had become increasingly difficult to find. After decades of owning a successful cabinetry and countertop company in Florida, Al relocated to Las Vegas in 2020 with plans to retire. But while remodeling his newly purchased home, he experienced firsthand the lack of quality, communication, and attention to detail that had become common in the industry.

What began as frustration quickly evolved into a renewed purpose — to create a company built around uncompromising craftsmanship, elevated client experience, and truly custom design. Al partnered with his son Jonathan, a Nevada State Licensed Contractor with deep roots in Las Vegas, to bring that vision to life.

Today, Monte Cabinets & Closets combines generations of expertise with a modern luxury approach to bespoke cabinetry, closets, and architectural storage solutions.
