A story about retirement gone wrong! Monte is a family business started by father & son. AL (Father) moved to Las Vegas in 2020 to retire after selling his cabinet & countertop business in Florida. AL quickly realized that retirement was boring. During his short retirement, AL was remodeling his recently purchased home and dealing with contractors. During AL's remodel he couldn't believe the lack of customer service and craftsmanship. Both of these realizations drove AL to start back up with a focus on providing the highest quality and customer service. He partnered with his son Jonathan who had moved to Las Vegas 10 years ago.
