A story about retirement gone wrong! Monte is a family business started by father & son. Al (Father) moved to Las Vegas in 2020 to retire after selling his cabinet & countertop business in Florida. Al quickly realized that retirement was boring. During his short retirement, Al was remodeling his recently purchased home and dealing with contractors. During Al's remodel he couldn't believe the lack of customer service and craftsmanship. Both of these realizations drove Al to start back up with a focus on providing the highest quality and customer service. He partnered with his son Jon for his business and finance experience. Jon has experience in corporate finance, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and business strategy. Working for companies including Ferrari of Beverly Hills, Scuderia Corsa Ferrari, 4Wall Entertainment Inc., and PWC. Between both father and son, you can expect to be treated with the best customer service and quality not only during your project but also after it has been completed.
